Newsmen learnt that all efforts to get police intervene and possibly stop what looked like the gradual killing of the suspected armed robbers proved abortive as police, our correspondent learnt, was told but declined reporting to the scene as a result of the treatment meted out to them during the #EndSARS Protest.
