Gov. Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state, on Sunday, explained himself over a comment he made about Fulani herdsmen carrying Ak-47 rifles for self defence, a statement issued by Mr Mukhtar Gidado, his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on media, said.
